[TR] TR3A Front cowl letter placement

I had a 63TR3B  in 1963 and it needed a new cowl in 1964..the new 
factory cowl did NOT have pre-drilled holes and one of the reason 
this brain remembers that far back is how badly the body shop screwed 
up putting the letters back on.
