After many years, I have finally found an "Easy-out" extractor system which
works.  It's called Tor-Kit-Out and came from an Australian company, Haben,
which went belly-up in the 80s or 90s.

If you want to see what it looks like, there is one advertised on eBAY
(#350042129501).

So, in an effort to make sure I was never without these babies, I ended up
buying an original box from Australia with 10 new kits.  Two for me, three
for Christmas presents and I have 5 extra.  If anyone on the list wants one,
email me back and let me know.  I don't want to make money on this, but
it'll work out at around $15 a kit (originally sold at over $100).
