[TR] hourly restoration rates - ranges?

My guess is it totally depends on what part of the country you are in and
the reputation of the restoration shop. Here in CT, you local mechanic is
getting $65-85/hr and more.....and he's not restoring anything! A Kurt
Tanner AH restoration will set you back a lot more than Bob's AH restoration
