[TR] drill bits and taps

Lowes had a set of taps and dies on sale (Kobalt) before I started my 3A  
resto and I knew I would need them for cleaning up after paint, etc.  They  sat 
around for a while until needed and then, and only then, I found that the  set 
had 2  1/4-20s and no 1/4-28s.  ergo, the sale.  Had 'em too  long to return.
