[TR] absent plug rust?

Eh oh
Over a month ago,I drained the oil from my TR3, which is also located outside.
But I forgot to replace the oil drain plug!  The car is  non-moving, has it's
bonnet on and up on a rack.

Is there much of a reason to worry that rust might have developed inside the
motor?
