[TR] Directional brake rotors

>From what recall ( and using logic) the outer edge of the slots should face
the rear. ( Passenger side, visible part of the rotor looking at the top of the
rotor   \ \ \   )

The slots are there to let gas / dust escape from the pad / rotor interface.
When the rotor is spinning you want the stuff to escape the rotor rather than
being drawn into the center.
