[TR] Wiper motor repairs

Good Morning
I am looking for someone who can trouble shoot and repair my wiper motor.  It 
was working when I bench tested it during my restoration. But when I put it  
on the car, NADDA! I had a very good ground and even tried using the battery  
directly. NADDA! Any ideas? ---any constructive ideas LOL?
