[TR] Leaking OD Gearbox

Hi Guys,
The shop constructing my TR3B has reported that the gearbox is still  leaking 
badly from the OD adapter plate.  It has always leaked so I had  them put new 
gaskets in while the motor was out.  No luck.  They are  going to try again.  
Any tips or words of wisdom I can pass on from the  List?
