[TR] TR3A Fuel Guage

This site is a pretty complete fuel gauge tutorial:

Includes testing the gauge.  I followed the basic idea but did not build the 
test unit, just grabbed a handful of suitable resistors and some jumper 
wires to simulate full, half, empty, etc.
