I sounded like Dutch to me, and sure enough,
if you go to his profile
( http://www.youtube.com/user/JWdG011 )
you'll see that he's 51 and located in The
Netherlands. But I don't know what he's saying
either, except that it sounds like he exclaims
"three thousand two hundred" twice when he
points the camera at the tach.
