[TR] Gas prices

  Here in the Mid-Hudson Valley of NY, regular (87 octane) has
JUST fallen below $2.00/gal and 91 octane is still up around
$2.25. Odds are it will go up slightly just before Christmas and
will start to spike again in April, just before the "driving sea-
son". The Saudis (and others) are threatening to cut back pro-
duction to drive the price back up so anything can (and probably
will) happen.  I'd not bet on the current prices staying as "low"
as they are now.
