Randall, if you know a peace officer, he can attest to the VIN... You'll need a DMV form for him to fill out, (is the VIN plate affixed w/ screw or rivets, etc. ) I did this for my last car, sitting in my garage. Good luck, looking forward to seeing you car at an SCTOA event. Best, Kevin Browne
