[TR] A-type OD on ebay - crook warning!!

Did you give him negative feedback? If not, why not?

Up until recently most people were afraid that if they gave negative 
feedback they would get in turn, and in fact almost certainly would. 
However, Ebay has changed the rules, and sellers can no longer give 
feedback.
