I am tightening up the top end of my shock absorber and shock tower.  Why does
the manual say to use two nuts (a nut and a locknut)?  What does it mean when
it says: "to tighten the nut sufficiently to nip the plain washers and metal
sleeve".  (Front Suspension p.8, 11 g )
