[TR] now lubrication recommendations

John Esposito of Quantum Mechanics is without doubt the best of the best for 
British drive lines.  If he recommended kangaroo urine, that's what I would 
use.  He rebuilt the O/D in the TR2 and now 20,000 miles later it is still as 
perfect as when it came out of the box.  Every inch of the 20,000 miles with 
Valvoline 30wt non detergent.
