[TR] surface TR3 exhaust manifold?

You can check the manifold for trueness yourself.  Set it up in a vice with
the mounting surface about level.  Then lay a straight edge across the
mounting surfaces.  If you can get a 0.003 feeler gauge between the mounting
surfaces and the straight edge it should be surfaced.  Check the surfaces in
several places, i.e. top, middle, and bottom.
