[TR] TR6 Problem - TR4A

The float bowls were full. Plugs not fouled, three very good , one(#3) was a 
little darker. Low tension wire was replaced last winter and I'll replace it 
again to be sure. I think the engine is grounded properly, but I will check.  
Tonight,after I replace the condenser, I'll check every thing again
