The subject line of your email reminds me of a headline in a newspaper that
led into a story of an inmate that escaped from a mental institution, went
into a coin operated laundry, raped two women who were doing their laundry
and ran off as police closed in.

The headline stated: "NUT SCREWS WASHERS and BOLTS"
