[TR] front clip reinstallation?

If you feed a longer bolt up from the bottom and put a capture nut on it, 
the radiator then sits on the bolt and it's really easy to put lock washer 
and nut from the top side of the radiator. Feeding the bolt from the top and 
trying to start the nut from the bottom is much more problematic. In my 
opinion, it's a good fix. Pusher fan is good if you live in a warm climate -
