[TR] steering pins TR2-3

A new kit is being produced by Joe Alexander using Delrin bushings. 
He hasn't responded to the list because he is off on a leaf tour in 
his TR3 with a group of friends. The kit is quite nice, eliminates 
the nasty problems with the current ones. I'm sure he'll respond in a 
day or two.
