Sure sounds like snake oil to me.

If they have patents, as they claim, what are the numbers ?  Oddly enough,
the links to the "independent testing laboratories" don't work.

And I see at least one blatant falsehood, you cannot patent a "device", only
the concepts embodied in a device.

I've always been under the impression that Canadian Tire was Canada's answer
to JC Whitney, one of the most famous purveyors of snake oil in the US.
They've carried everything from superchargers made out of an old blanket, to
magnets that double your fuel mileage.

All of this is supposition of course, I can't *prove* that it doesn't work.
But if you're going to try it, maybe you need some of this to go with it ?
