[TR] Fan Hookup

I have a problem with my thermostatic fan.  Of course it runs after I turn off
the car, that part is fine.  But after it stops running it still has a small
draw on the battery (3.75V).  This eventually drains the battery.  I installed
a battery cut off switch to prevent the drain.
