[TR] TR3 tie-bar rub

I don't know if it's bad (I would guess it is), but it sure ain't correct.  Paul - if cars would talk, your TR3 would have a story to tell.  Probably one of greeting the rear-end of another car.....at, as they say, a high rate of speed.
