[TR] Leather straps for TR6 luggage rack

Joe and fellow Merritt Islanders/Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach TR people are
all probably in luck as Brits can't seem to resist the appeal of some rays
of sunshine, given the UK's rather rainy weather.
