[TR] Adjusting valves on a TR6

There is nothing whatsoever on a Lotus Europa (Renault) engine you can grab onto to turn over the engine.  Do what Europa folks do:  Pull the spark plugs.  Put the car in high gear.  Push the car back and forth.
