[TR] Question on new List Server

I have two questions on the new list server:

1.	I went to the archives site and only found July and August 2007
posting.  Are the previous years of postings still accessible and if so,
where?

2.	When I want to reply to just the person who posted the message to
the list, it seems to default to the entire list.  How do you get around
this?
