[Tigers] Hardtop Vent Window

I had to put that screw in the handle. The handle originally had a stem
that ended in a rounded over end, like the rivet you described. When I took
the whole thing apart I had to grind off that rivet head. When I put it
back together I was able to drill and tap the remains of that stem and use
a small screw to put it all back together.
