I can't remember which pusher fan I installed 20 years ago, but here is the installation configuration I used.
There are 4 threaded holes on the forward bulkhead, 2 on each side of the radiator. I removed the radiator, laid the fan inside the radiator opening, and installed 1" aluminum straps left to right and top to bottom. I then mounted the fan on the vertical straps, all painted flat black. See pic. Only the lower holes are visable from the front. The upper 2 holes are up underneath the front cowl.
Instead of having the original single throw switch for the panel lighting, I wired my panel lighting to the center position of the double throw main light switch, and use that dash opening for the fan switch. I then use an original double throw light switch to manually operate the fan and my fuel pump, down position - off, middle position - fuel pump, top position - fan and fuel pump. The fuel pump operates in both the middle and up positions, but the fan only operates in the up position. That way I can drive the car normally and turn on the fan as needed without turning off the fuel pump. Turning that switch off also acts a secondary theft deterent.
When I turn on the pusher fan, I can actually watch the gauge move downward 15°-20° within 30 seconds.

My Tiger can't keep up with this 100 degree weather in Texas. I've read through the article by Tiger Tom and Chuck King and I will make some of the suggested modifications. They listed two different pusher electric fans in the article but both of them are no longer available.
So, has anybody recently installed a pusher fan? If so, what part numbers?
