[Tigers] It Never Ends...

I'm rebuilding my seats.  After a considerable thrash, I got all the last
hinge screw out of the Driver's seat,  and carefully went through all the
remaining steps, learning as I went.  So the second seat should be a
breeze, right?

So Saturday morning I started ripping into the passenger seat, making as
much progress in that morning as I had in two weeks on the first one.
Until...

As you can see in the photos, one of the large tubes has separated from the
frame at the front end, and is bent inward an inch or so.  And there are
now some serious cracks in the tube that this tube is welded to in the back.

Rather than an impact, I'm wondering if someone of significant weight tried
standing on the seat, and a weak weld on the tube surrendered.  Has anyone
else ever seen a failure like this?

So I'll be visiting a welder tomorrow morning.  .
