[Tigers] Air Cleaner Gasket

Ron,

I thought the gaskets were there for a better seal to stop dust etc getting
past the accordion folds of the paper AC filters. Most modern filters (
like even 1970s) have a rubber gasket top and bottom to seal the filter to
the housing.
