[Tigers] rear disc brake

I've often wondered about the "need" to go to rear discs on the Tiger, as the front brakes are asked to do pretty much all the work on our cars. I've never had issues with the rear drums in very hard use (with decent high temp linings). The fronts did require some work ;)Mike
