[Tigers] I just put down a deposit on B9471400

The blocked-off Tee is probably part of the adaptation that went on when
the engine got a 4BBL hi rise and lost its carb spacer.  The engine is
painted red: note the block in this picture and the oil pan in another.
The engine has likely been removed from the car at some time.  There's at
least a 50% chance that the engine was swapped for another (non numbers
matching) at this time.  Valve covers are likely original but an original
number on a valve cover does not a numbers-matching engine make.
