I purchased a repro gas cap lid from Tiger Tom years ago.  I'm sure it's the same one Rick sells.  I was wondering if there are any instructions on attaching this to the base.  Can you thread the lid bosses to except screws for the center section and spring? Do the pins push out or do they have to be drilled? Don't want to mess this up.
