[Tigers] Bolt size for heater valve <-> pipe flange?

Does anyone happen to know the bolt size for the 2 bolts that are used
between the valve itself and the pipe flange (with the mounting bracket
sandwiched in between, photo below)?

The look like maybe 12-24, but I don’t have a tap or die to confirm that ...

It appears as though the leak in mine is caused because the seal between
these two has perished, but so has one of the bolts!  Going try replacing
it with a small donut ring to see if that cures the issue.
