Clyde,
You know that I’m in the same situation and am looking for alternatives. I’ve been fighting the low ground clearance issue with my headers for years. Mine came from SS.
Thanks,

Subject: [Tigers] tiger headers
Im curious if the latest headers from any suppliers have way better fit particularly with the cyl #3 and cyl #7 tubes. I have had two different sets of headers and both set have these tubes lower than they need to be and always drag if clearance is less than optimal. They are lower than the center of the front suspension cross member. I don't know the supplier of the sets I have had. Would be interested in comments on header brands and fit relative to ground clearance, before I go back to manifolds Thanks, Clyde
