[Tigers] Windshield install Issues (Nothing new, right?)

Like Jay said, everybody gets their
windshields from the same suppliers.
I am not necessarily a fan of VB but I don’t
blame them for my cracked windshield.
I bought 2 on a really cheap close out sale
back in the ‘90s. They were VERY well
packed as someone pointed out recently.

Earlier while restoring a1963 MG the first gas tank sending unit leaked on the floor of my garage. Back to VB for a replacement. In two days the sending unit was again leaking. I told my guys to screw VB and get one from Moss. VB made in China, Moss made in UK. No problems with the Moss sending unit years later. Alas VB is in my home town. Still, if there is an option it is always Moss.

We started by centering the windshield as best we could judge, then started at the top center to lift the gasket over the lip, working our way across the top and down the sides. One side didn't fit well, but we pressed on, finishing the bottom. Still the one side just didn't seem right.
