Re. the reply from rtscolgan at yahoo.com, my original statement remains.  A given engine cannot be PROVEN to be the original. Yes, it may actually be the original, but regardless of the "word" of the owner... nothing can be used to definitely PROVE that a given engine is indeed the original.  To state otherwise is to ignore reality.  No identification numbers exist on the engines... so the specific engine MAY be the original, but it could also be a carefully chosen replacement (e.g. with casting dates compatible with the production date of the Tiger).

If you do not believe me, please contact the Tiger "Guru" Norm Miller and ask him.
