[Tigers] Rear Suspension

Guys,

I really like the handling of the old axle housing in my Tiger with a 4-link
plus Watts link. There's no suspension binding even at the limits.  The
weight distribution is good and the car is pretty neutral coming out of a
left or right turn.  I'm happy.
