[Tigers] Follow up to My Steering Wheel Adapter Woes...

Dr Mayf, I had a similar issue on one of my Tigers, the car had a hub
adaptor for a Grant steering wheel. I made an adaptor for the center that
allowed column adjustment. I then found a Lucas turn signal switch that had
the flash-to-pass option and used that as the horn. It might be a little
strange to get used to but remember lots of cars had the horn button on a
stalk before the 1975 DOT standardization. My V-6 Capri was one of those.
