OOH, the old TAC conundrum...
Well as I recall, Tom Hall said it could be TAC'd if the firewall was 
Tiger (and the reference was to Tom
Patton's race car).  The photo appears to show a Tiger firewall, so 
yeah, this car could get a TAC approval...
as I recall...  Might need an asterisk in your registry  ;-)
