[Tigers] Wheel and Tire Aesthetics

I'm running 185 70 13 on Silverstones.  I love the look - very tight and
period correct.  One thing I suggest, if possible is to see the cars in
person.  Pictures do terrible things in flattening out some parts, and
highlighting others that don't exist in person.
