[Tigers] STEERING WHEEL

I learned this fact the hard way.  Stripper bubbled and distorted the plastic.  I ended up picking all the plastic out.
taping a chunk of abs to the table of a mill and cutting it to fit the groove. Glued it in and sanded to match the wood.
Nerve wracking work I would not wish on anyone.
