Check with Paul at Sports Car Craftsman in Colorado.  He is very knowledgeable on Sunbeams and most anything British.  Lots of spares and can put his hands on the parts usually while you are on the phone.  Tells you condition, price and usually ships the same day - very reasonable, organized and knowledgeable and has pulled me out of the fire with obsolete parts more than once.

Carl, Do you have the part # or description for the Koni setup?

Owain Lloyd might chime in ... believe he had the koni " anti tramp" shocks on his tiger and had posted photos of them online previously .On 20 Jun 2016 15:41, "Jim Buster via Tigers" <tigers at autox.team.net> wrote:

Carl,
Hen I bought my used Tiger in 1989, it had exactly that same setup. It was
used a lot on the Epping NH dragway in the late '60 and early '70's by the
previous owner. At the time I knew nothing about Tigers and had no clue what
these Konis where for. At the time I asked Koni to rebuild them, but they
couldn't/wouldn't(?).  But when I restored the car I put them back as before
and they are still under my Tiger. Thanks for the comments. Robert

I bought my Tiger II new in 1967 and wheel hop was a major headache. I cured
it with a product by Koni. It consists of a bracket which mounts on the
bottom of the axle/spring junction, a second bracket mounted at the front
spring mount, and a specially designed shock absorber mounted between the
two. It allows spring windup, but dampens it significantly. It eliminated
wheel hop and provided my Tiger with greatly improved performance.

<!--#yiv6456112186 P {margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;}-->Tiger work continues to progress.  Over the weekend I built a body stand and the Tiger is now resting on its side.  After completing that Sat I then decided to add casters so I can roll the car outside to get the underside all cleaned up without a mess in the garage.  I didn't figure I needed a full rotisserie and putting the car on it's side was fairly straight forward.  I'm taking a lot of photos as thing are comming apart so I can document how to put them back together.   For anyone intereasted in what is going on the album is here LINK

Questions for this list.
I do have a few repairs to do around frame welding, but the car is in really good shape from a rust standpoint, only the trunk floor pannel needs replacing, photo link, and really it's only the first 6" of the passenger side.  I could grind the tire hold down easy enogh and move it, the clips aren't in good shape, are there replacements?  Is it worth the effort to move these parts?
Second, the fuel tanks and cross over elbows are in good shape but the lower center cross over tube is shot.  Rusted out.  Anyone know of a source for this part?  Internet searches have been empty.

thanksdan
