thats right...good point Tom. I have seen that as well. I cut up an alpine
one time that got its sheet metal parted out. There is the curved outer
rocker, the straighter inner rocker and there is a sheet metal core within
it of similar profile. the distance from the core of the rocker to the
outer skin is very close. also gives a person a real appreciation for how
water gets trapped in bad places.
