Has anyone had their original 260 damper rebuilt? There are several sources on line.. any experiences?

Except that frequently, the 302 "three bolt"B damper he sells (used on
302 Crate Motor installations), still retain the four bolt forward
protruding centering ring.B This makes mounting the OEM Tiger crank
pulley impossible without modification.B Rather than re-machine the rare
Tiger pulley, I re-machine the damper body to accept the rear protruding
centering ring on the OEM 3 bolt damper. All of the aftermarket
adaptation dampers I've seen, from different sources, must come from the
same Chinese source, because they all have this same fitment problem.B
Other than that, the dampers have worked without problems.
