[Tigers] Simple to get car title

Sorry, guess I wasn't clear.  Yes, I am in the southern state and have  the 
car here.  Want to mail off the stuff to VT to get VT plates.   Have done 
this before.

They way the original post  read (to me) was that you were in Vermont and 
the
car was in bthe  unmentioned southern stateb and you were trying to get 
the
Vermont  official to sign off on the VIN.

The car was right outside and very  legitimate. I merely expected the 
officer
to go outside, verify what was on  the form and sign off. Have done it 
numerous
times.  But they always  actually verify that the number on the vehicle 
matches
the number on the  form.
