[Tigers] Is Disabled Email legit?

I received this earlier today, ostensibly from "tigers-request at autox.team.net"

"Your membership in the mailing list Tigers has been disabled due to
excessive bounces. The last bounce received from you was dated
26-Apr-2014."

I'm not aware of any service interruptions at my ISP, no vacation notices etc. The email contains several response links and a reminder of my "membership password". My question is whether this is a legitimate notice or online phishing of
 some sort? Anyone else received a "disabled" notice from the list like this one?
