[Tigers] Steel wheel color

The colour is foam grey.. which is actually an off white/ivory looking
colour in some lights. The wheels are actually black and the light colour
sprayed over the front (with some bleed through on the holes to the rear) I
might be able to get you a colour code in the next week or so.. depending
how fast you need it.
