[Tigers] Tiger 1A nomenclature

...a Tiger 1A, because Rootes never used that nomenclature in any of their 
publications...

I've heard this discussion over the years and believe that Norm has written 
about it. But to make a grey area even more so, I recall reports of a PR 
photograph sent out by Rootes in 1966 that had the caption "Tiger MK1A".

Anyone know anything about this photo? Was it one of those that Steve Sage 
discovered in the Coventry Museum?
