[Tigers] hardtop buying advice

Wow, thank you Dave for the GREAT info, advice and offer to help. Very
thorough, thank you!

I had no idea the tops were starting to bring this level of money. i was
still under the impresson you could get a really nice one that maybe just
needs paint and new windows for 1000 to 1500 bucks...especially in this
"market". good perspective to have. thank you!
